Love, A & J offers store credit/exchange for regular-priced merchandise within 15 days of receiving your items.

Items must be in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition. All tags and stickers must be in their original state to be eligible for an exchange.

Love, A & J does not cover the cost of return shipping and the original shipping paid cannot be refunded. Once the exchange request is received and accepted, a confirmation email will be sent.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your exchange to be processed and shipped out. Once the exchange is shipped out, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you.
