I’ve just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent and received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your junk/spam mail folder as well.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 3 hours, please contact our customer care team.

Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?

Generally, we are unable to make manual changes. However, if the items have not shipped yet, please immediately contact our customer care team and we may be able to cancel or make changes to your order.

How can I track my order?

Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, you will receive a tracking number with a hyperlink to the designated courier site where you can view all tracking updates.

If you input your phone number at checkout, you will be sent an order confirmation once the order is placed, and a shipping update when the item is sent out. There will be a link provided to your mobile device to download the app “Shop” to track your items conveniently

What is the return policy?

At the current moment, we do not accept returns. You can request an exchange by following our exchange process outlined on our exchange page.
